Welcome to Salem Montessori School
We’re glad you’re here, and we look forward to introducing you to the incredible Montessori experience we offer children from beginning at 18 months. Our preschool offers toddler and Children’s Houses classrooms and our Elementary program offers kindergarten and lower elementary classrooms (grades 1-3). We are adding a grade per year up to fifth grade.
Salem Montessori School offers a half-day preschool and a full day elementary program. Our pre-school days are 9:00 am to Noon with an optional Lunch Bunch from Noon to 1 p.m. The elementary school days are 8:45 am to 2:30 pm. The school calendar is late August through May.
As a Montessori School, we appreciate and celebrate that children are eager, spontaneous learners, curious about the world around them. Our role is to preserve and nurture their natural curiosity and help them develop an openness to the limitless possibilities of life. We view our role at Salem Montessori School as an extension of the educational experience that your child has in your home.
