SMS Christmas Play and Potluck Lunch

One of our favorite SMS traditions is our annual Christmas Play and Potluck Lunch.  This year it will be held on Wednesday, December 19, the last day of school before the Christmas holidays.  The 3-6 year old children (Miss Wilson and Mrs. Smith/Ms. Shilpa’s classes) will participate in the play.  The toddlers (Mrs. Carter’s class) will be in the audience. 

This is a wonderful family gathering.  We invite all of you and your extended families and friends to join us.  The play is held in the church’s fellowship hall, which is directly below our classrooms.  The play begins at 11:30 and the lunch begins immediately after that.  All of the festivities should be done by around 1:00.  

If you plan to attend:

-bring a potluck dish to share  (dishes and utensils will be provided)

-park either in the Home Moravian Church designated spaces or the Salem College parking lot

-arrive by 11:15 to bring in your potluck dish and get a seat

-parents of 3-6 year olds will go directly to the fellowship hall

-parents of toddlers will pick up their children on the playground and then go to the fellowship hall (if you cannot attend, please let Mrs. Carter know, so that she and Mrs. Tablazon can sit with your child during the play)
